SJR Architecture is a Multi Award Winning Practice, set up in 2016 by Samantha Townsend; an Architectural Designer & Technologist who graduated from The University of Salford and went on to study her Masters at The Welsh School of Architecture. She has worked at several architectural practices as well as working for Teeside University in Middlesbrough, helping an architects firm teaching BIM. Having worked in different environments it has allowed Samantha to be able to be unique in her field as she can help not only with the design but also the construction and management side of a project too.

We are a small team of 3 including Architectural Technologists, Interior Designers and Visual Artists. An Architect and Architectural Technologist both design buildings but their area of focus is slightly different. Architects have more interest in aesthetics where Architectural Technologists have had more experience and training in the science and technology; how they are constructed.

We have many many contacts to help you with your project from structural engineers to building inspectors and builders and we will be with you every step of the way.
