Planning

We don't just cover the design side; we handle the planning application that your project needs. The first application required in some cases is a pre application which provides an opportunity to discuss the protect with the planners. Then, when it comes to the main application we know what changes if any are required to get an approval.

Building Regulation Drawings in the UK are technical standards which the design and construction must follow. They ensure the safety and health of the occupants including those with disabilities and to make the fabric of the building more efficient.

3D Architectural Renderings

Renderings are a must when it comes to a project as it allows the client to see the completed project before its even begun. Any view can be created of the build or a video taking you through the gates into the home, up the stairs and around the entire house and grounds. So examples can be seen on our Instagram page. They can be used as an advertising to help the sale of a property also.

3D MODELLING

Simple models can be created to help you visualise the space inside and out. There is no need for anything fancy with these; they will show the volume and form of any building and surrounding.
