We were approached by our client who had a plot and wished to build a family home. The site consisted of a small agricultural barn on a substantial plot. We managed to obtain planning for a new dwelling with a large drive way. The design of the home is in keeping with the other homes in the area with a decent footprint. Inside consists of a large open plan family living area with views to the fields at the rear.
